NLP
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the study of how we create reality through our senses—how we see the world, talk to ourselves and feel in our bodies. Our unique way of sensing, along with our beliefs, forms the basis of all our thoughts and behaviors. This subjective “map of the world” guides our reality, profoundly determining our success.
The practical tools of NLP increase our awareness of this map so we can easily shift unproductive behaviors and beliefs. Most important, NLP highlights what is already working so we can refine and strengthen our talents and expertise.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming also helps uncover the structure of experience—how each of us forms our own map of the world. NLP change processes often focus on the way we structure our experience, creating new structures that lead to new behaviors and new ways of being.

NLP “…offers the potential for making changes without the usual agony that accompanies these phenomena” and “allows for increasing options, flexibility, creativity and therefore greater freedom of action than most of us know.” – Training & Development Journal
Beliefs are the linchpins of our reality, determining what and how we pay attention to events as well as the meanings we ascribe to them. As an NLP practitioner, Terry can help you discover how to shift limiting beliefs, update your personal “map” and become more effective in the world.
